The Media Intern will support AST’s media and communication activities by assisting in content creation, photography, videography, editing, and social media management. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital media production within a professional organizational environment.

Learning Opportunities

• Event photography and videography

• Video editing and post-production workflows

Basic knowledge of:

• Smartphone or camera photography/videography

• Social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram)

• Basic familiarity with any of the following:

• Canva / Photoshop

• CapCut / Premiere Pro / Filmora or similar editing software

• Creative mindset and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and take feedback

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Responsible and punctual attitude

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience managing a social media page

• Basic motion graphics knowledge

• Knowledge of lighting and sound setup

• Ability to write simple English captions

Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in capturing photos and videos during programs, events, and activities

• Support video editing for lectures, events, and promotional content

• Help design social media posts, posters, and digital graphics

• Assist in writing captions and basic content for social media platforms

• Help manage and upload content to Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms

• Organize and archive media files (photos, videos, designs)

• Support livestream setup during events (camera, mic, basic tech help)

• Assist in maintaining branding consistency across media materials

Salary(Month): 3000k -5162k
